Finding an email
Given a LinkedIn URL or a name plus company, Swan tries several methods in order to find a work email. Every row carries HIGH or LOW confidence plus warning codes that explain risks such as catch-all domains, uncertain deliverability, role-based addresses, or privacy restrictions. Rejected undeliverable or invalid-domain candidates are never returned as emails. For lists, Swan summarizes HIGH and LOW results as aggregate counts. Finding an email costs 2 credits, charged whenever an email is returned — including a LOW-confidence address. Returned emails are not saved automatically to prospect state and must be passed explicitly to later tools. A search that comes back completely empty doesn’t cost you anything.Finding a phone number
Given a LinkedIn URL, Swan looks up a mobile or work phone number the same way — trying more than one data source until one succeeds. Finding a phone number costs 2 credits, again only charged on success.Full contact and company profiles
Beyond email and phone, Swan can pull a fuller profile:- Contact enrichment returns professional history, education, skills, and current role details for a specific person. It accepts an email, LinkedIn URL, or name plus company; use email instead of name/company when one is available.
- Company enrichment returns firmographics — revenue, employee count, industry, headquarters, description, tech stack, and LinkedIn presence — for a specific domain.
