Finding and verifying an email
Given a work email, LinkedIn URL, or a name plus company, Swan looks for a verified work email, trying several methods in order. Every returned email carries a validation status: verified, unknown (found but not verifiable), or invalid — if no verified address turns up, Swan may still return the best candidate it found rather than nothing, flagged accordingly. Finding an email costs 2 credits, charged whenever an email is returned — including one flagged unknown or invalid. A search that comes back completely empty doesn’t cost you anything.Finding a phone number
Given a LinkedIn URL, Swan looks up a mobile or work phone number the same way — trying more than one data source until one succeeds. Finding a phone number costs 2 credits, again only charged on success.Full contact and company profiles
Beyond email and phone, Swan can pull a fuller profile:- Contact enrichment returns professional history, education, skills, and current role details for a specific person (by LinkedIn URL, or name plus company).
- Company enrichment returns firmographics — revenue, employee count, industry, headquarters, description, tech stack, and LinkedIn presence — for a specific domain.
